Our approach to data processing is built on the principle of data minimisation: we ask only for the information needed to handle your enquiry and keep it only for as long as necessary. The site runs no analytics or advertising infrastructure that tracks visitor behaviour.
You do not need to provide any personal information to browse our pages. While browsing, only the cookies strictly necessary for the secure operation of the site are used; these are described in detail on the Cookie Policy page.
When you wish to reach us, you submit your full name, e-mail address, company, telephone number, subject and message through the contact form; the consent timestamp at the moment of submission is also recorded. When you use the project request form for a machine or line investment, your country, industry and project details are added to this information, and you may optionally upload one technical file in PDF, DWG or STEP format, up to 10 MB, to speed up the quotation work.
Technical files uploaded with a project request are stored in a private directory located outside the web root and not directly accessible from the internet. Only authorised personnel evaluating your request can access these files; they are not shared with any third party.
The information you provide is used to respond to you, to understand your requirement correctly and to prepare a suitable quotation. Your data is not transferred, sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes; disclosure may occur only where a legal obligation arises.
Form records and their attachments are retained for [24 months] after the request is concluded and are securely deleted or anonymised once this period expires. If you would like your request removed earlier, you can contact us at [e-posta].
