Robotics
Robotic Integration
Application-led robotic cell and line integration framework.
Production problem
Define the system before defining the equipment.
The real risk in a robot investment is not the robot but the application: whether the product can be gripped reliably, whether the cycle fits the cell layout, and how the cell integrates with the existing line are often never verified up front. Projects that skip application feasibility meet gripping, reach and safety problems on site.
The process starts from the application: product gripping behaviour is examined through trials, the end-of-arm tooling is designed around the product, and the cell is verified for reach and cycle in simulation. The safety concept is based on a risk assessment; the robot program is commissioned as an integral part of line control.
Scope, equipment selection and performance targets are confirmed for each project after a discovery and engineering review.
