Production problem

Define the system before defining the equipment.

Catalogue machinery cannot answer every product behaviour, layout constraint or process step. When product geometry, handling sensitivity or line interfaces are specific, the machine has to be designed around that requirement. A wrong concept decision surfaces late in the project as costly rework.

Design starts from a verified requirement document; concept alternatives are compared against access, maintenance, safety and cost criteria. The selected concept matures through detailed engineering in which the mechanical, electrical and software disciplines work on the same interface definitions.

Scope, equipment selection and performance targets are confirmed for each project after a discovery and engineering review.
