Manual palletising at the end of the line means ergonomic strain and inconsistent stack quality, while flow imbalances between production and dispatch turn into bottlenecks. When conveyor routing is not designed with the layout, and the buffer strategy not with the production rhythm, the system cannot deliver the intended flow on site.
Design starts by analysing product, case and pallet flow together. Conveyor typology is selected for the unit being handled; the palletising cell is treated as one end-of-line concept together with its stretch wrapping and labelling interfaces.
Scope, equipment selection and performance targets are confirmed for each project after a discovery and engineering review.
