Conveyor systems
Curved belt or roller conveyor that redirects product flow to suit the available line layout. Frame, conveying medium, drive, guides and sensors are selected for the handled product and environment.
Application engineering
The speed difference between the inner and outer radius of the curve is compensated by tapered rollers or a curve-cut belt, so the product follows the line axis without losing its orientation through the turn. Turn angle and radius are defined by the space constraints of the plant layout.
Installed between straight conveyor sections, it lets the line follow the plant layout, with infeed and outfeed speeds matched to neighbouring modules.
