Automatic pallet magazine that separates stacked empty pallets and feeds them to the handling system in a controlled sequence. The system is engineered around the product, pallet, layer pattern, cycle and available footprint.
Application engineering
A stack of empty pallets is loaded into the magazine area by forklift or conveyor; the lifting and holding mechanism carries the stack while the bottom pallet is separated and lowered onto the handling system in a controlled way. Separated pallets are dispensed to the line one by one, and when the stack is exhausted the unit automatically requests a new stack.
It is installed at the start of the pallet conveyor and is triggered by the empty-pallet demand of the palletising or loading station.
