Conveyor systems
Compact system that transfers product flow between two conveying axes in an L-shaped layout. Frame, conveying medium, drive, guides and sensors are selected for the handled product and environment.
Application engineering
The load travels along the first conveying axis to the corner station, where a lift-transfer or diverting arrangement passes it onto the second leg set at ninety degrees. Designing both axes as one system resolves speed and level matching at the corner from the outset.
It allows the line to be routed around obstacles such as walls and columns, and because the L-transfer runs under one control it connects to the higher-level system as a single module.
