Conveying system built with a modular plastic belt to meet maintenance, cleaning and line-geometry needs. Frame, conveying medium, drive, guides and sensors are selected for the handled product and environment.
Application engineering
The conveying surface is built from plastic modules linked by rods and is positively driven by sprockets, eliminating the slippage and tracking issues of friction-driven belts. A damaged module can be replaced individually without renewing the whole belt.
Because straight and curved sections can share one belt surface, it creates a continuous conveying path through complex line geometries.
