Conveyor with process-selected frame and belt material for packaged products and hygiene-sensitive applications. Frame, conveying medium, drive, guides and sensors are selected for the handled product and environment.
Application engineering
The conveying surface is a PU or PVC belt selected for the process; its closed, easy-to-clean surface supports regular washdown and cleaning routines in hygiene-sensitive applications. The belt type is chosen after evaluating product contact conditions, temperature and the cleaning method.
It is used for transfers between packaging and filling machines, with detection points and speed matched to the cycle of neighbouring equipment.
