Roll-forming lines
Precision roller sets designed for the target profile geometry and used across sequential forming stations. Equipment is configured as part of line engineering around the target profile, material and production flow.
Application engineering
Roller sets are designed from the flower pattern of the target profile, distributing the bending work across stations so that surface damage and spring-back stay under control. The roll pair of each station imparts the form the cross-section must take at that step.
They are applied as sets to existing forming stands; introducing a new profile or renewing a worn set is done without changing the rest of the line.
