Automatic machine that opens flat carton blanks, closes the bottom flaps and presents cases ready for filling. The machine is configured around carton-size range, closing method and target line flow.
Application engineering
Flat carton blanks are picked one by one from the magazine by vacuum and opened into case form; the bottom flaps are folded in sequence and closed with tape or the approved method. The erected case is delivered to the outfeed conveyor upright and ready for filling.
It runs on the case demand of the filling or packing station, and warns the operator for replenishment when the magazine level drops.
Technical values are published only after GMAK engineering approval.
