Cartoning systems
End-of-line machine that guides the top flaps of filled cases and closes them using tape or the approved method. The machine is configured around carton-size range, closing method and target line flow.
Application engineering
The filled case is drawn into the machine by side drive belts; the front, rear and side top flaps are closed in order by the folding elements. The closed flaps pass under the tape head to be sealed, and the case is released towards the end of the line.
It is installed at the exit of the packing or filling station, matching case flow to line speed as the final closing step before palletising.
