Automatic system that applies horizontal straps at configurable load levels to support package or pallet stability. The machine is configured after evaluating load geometry, packaging material and line layout.
Application engineering
The load is positioned in front of the strapping frame; the strap is guided around the body of the load in the horizontal plane, tensioned, sealed and cut. The frame travels vertically to the levels defined in the recipe, allowing several horizontal straps to be applied to the same load at different heights.
It is matched to the stop position on the pallet conveyor; level recipes and cycle release are managed through the line automation.
